Diagnosis

Fore wing speculum small, without admarginal setae on lower membrane; hind tibial spur strong, 0.4X as long as length of tarsus; anteromedian smooth surface on propodeum narrow; petiole 1.5X as long as width of base; posterior margin of first gastral tergite smoothly curved backwards, with hairtufts anterolaterally.
